Welcome aboard, Katherine! My family loves to make a land and sea vacation out of our Disney Cruise Line adventures by adding a few days at the Walt Disney World Resort before or after our sailings. I'm so glad you're considering adding this extra magic too!
Disney Cruise Line offers
Land and Sea packages where you can choose to add to your cruise reservation a resort stay at Walt Disney World at whichever resort you like, for however many days you'd like. Choose a resort that best fits your budget and a sail date with Disney Cruise Line and go from there! Ground Transfers are also available (for an additional cost) which take guests between the resorts and Port Canaveral, so Disney really takes care of all of the details making your transition from land to sea and back again as easy as can be, Katherine!
The best way to begin planning is to choose your ship and sail date on the
Find A Cruise page of Disney Cruise Line's website. Then, decide if you'd like to stay at the resorts and explore the parks at Walt Disney World before or after your cruise, and
which resort you'd enjoy best. My family prefers to play at the parks before we sail because all of the walking can wear us out and we love to have a relaxing cruise to enjoy afterwards. But, staying after the cruise is amazing too because everyone else will be heading home as you debark the ship, but you'd be in for more Disney magic at the parks!
Disney Cruise Line's agents can be reached at (800) 951-3532, and they're happy to help you book your surf and turf adventure with Disney, Katherine! Happy planning!
