I totally understand that sometimes plans have to change and although it’s completely heartbreaking not to go on that magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, it’s not a goodbye; rather, it’s a see you later!
Chesney, the dates of your
Theme Park tickets can be changed, and most times, they can be changed online from the My Plans Page. If you log onto your
My Disney Experience account and hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right, you will see “My Plans.” Once you click on My Plans, you will see “Park Tickets” and it will give you the option to change your dates. If you don’t see that option, you will have to give
Existing Tickets a call and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.
If these are not stand-alone tickets and are part of a Package, the tickets would need to be changed along with the Resort hotel dates. This can also be done online using the Change Reservation button on the My Plans page. You can also call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and they will be able to help take care of it for you.
