Thinking about capt cooks for a CS meal on ddp. Can you get the dole whip as the dessert or do you have to use an additional snack credit?

    Hi Melissa!

Captain Cooks Snack Co. at Disney's Polynesian resort offers guest favorites such as Tonga Toast, Hawaiian flatbread Pizza, and of course, Dole Whips.  The frozen treat is available throughout the day, and does count as a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan.  You can also opt to have your pineapple frozen goodness as your dessert with your Quick Service meal, in lieu of cookies or a cupcake.  You would need to let the Cast Member at the register know that you are going to switch out the dessert for a Dole Whip, and they will give you the plastic cup for the machine.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
