I am thinking about booking the 3 bedroom grand villa at Kidani Village for 2021. How soon should I book my vacation in order to get this room?

    Jambo Crystal!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you are planning on staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. It is our first Disney “home,” and we love it most of all! The animal Cast Members are magnificent, and the dining options are our favorite on property! Make sure to book a meal (180 days in advance) at Sanaa and order the bread service, and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Crystal, if you are making a cash reservation, all Walt Disney World Resort properties can be booked 499 days in advance. So depending on when you are planning to visit in 2021, you are already in your booking window! But, since you are still over a yEAR out, you must reserve over the phone. You can call (407) 939-4229 to book.

Now, if you are planning on using points (which is the whole reason you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, right?!), it all depends on what your home Resort is. If Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village is your home Resort, you can make a reservation online or by calling Member Services, 11 months before your check-in date. If the Resort is not your home Resort, you can book 7 months before check-in. Make sure you have enough points to cover your entire booking, and remember, you can bank and borrow points as necessary to make your magical 3-Bedroom Villa vacation happen!

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. Asante Sana!
