Do you think its worth it to have/snacks & etc delivered to your hotel?

    Dear Debbie,

Thank you so much for chatting with us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about planning your meals and snacks during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

The decision to order snacks, drinks, or other items for your room works differently for each family's preferences. For my family, we prefer to purchase breakfast groceries so that we can eat in our room and head out as early as possible to the parks. For some families, they love to have character meals and Table-Service meals as much as possible. For those families, it probably wouldn't make sense to have groceries delivered.

I think the best strategy for you is to think about how many meals you plan to have in restaurants, whether they are Quick-Service or Table-Service. Then, think about your family's dining habits, and whether you think that you would want snacks late at night or early in the morning, for example.

For my family, we typically buy milk, bread, PB&J, bananas, carrots, and baby tomatoes. That usually gets us through breakfasts and snacks, and then the remainder of our meals are eaten in restaurants. Some families take it a step farther and buy sandwich ingredients to bring into the parks for lunches. It really depends on your budget and habits.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
