    I think I just ordered 2 magic bands but cannot see where they were to be charged or where they will be sent

    Best News EVER!!!! Your Walt Disney World vacation is only a couple of weeks away but where are those Disney MagicBands??? Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort are privy to discounted Disney MagicBands and can place their order through their My Disney Experience account. Upon doing so it is recommended the order is placed 11-days prior to arrival so as to ensure a sufficient amount of time for delivery. If ordering through your My Disney Experience the credit card on file, typically the one you booked your reservation with, and the address is the go-to information. However, if you edited the information at the time of order to a different payment method or address then this updated information will be used. And although I am not able to access your order, if you would like further assistance, I suggest calling (407) 939-4357 or via your My Disney Experience mobile app use the Chat With Us feature to speak to a Cast Member. To find the Chat With Us feature, in your mobile app, select the menu option in the lower right-hand corner and scroll to the Chat Wish Us. Here you can begin a text conversation with the next available Cast Member. 

    If you ordered your Disney MagicBands from shopDisney and they have not been customized then standard delivery is typically 5-7 business days but personalized ones take 1-2 weeks. Payment and shipping would be what you entered at the time of ordering. Guests can call (800) 328-0368 for further updates on their order.
