    Do you think they will offer the free dining plan in September again this year?

    Ahhh, Robin, the million dollar question! Free Disney Dining Plan has been offered in the fall over the past few years, and fingers are crossed that it will be offered again. We at the Moms Panel aren't privy to insider information, so unfortunately I can't give you a more definitive answer.

    My advice to is keep coming back to the Moms Panel site, and check the Disney site regularly as well. In the past, the offer became available in April or May, so check back often!
