    what do you think about Coronado springs resort? we have always stayed at French quarters. but this was the only resort we could get for our time on the dining plan

    Hi Sandra! I love Coronado Springs Resort! We first stayed there a few years ago, and highly recommend it. The Pepper Market Food Court is fantastic, with several different stations and a huge selection. The resort itself is beautiful with a gorgeous pool area. A benefit of staying at this resort is that, although it is a moderate resort, it has some amenities of a deluxe resort given it's a convention hotel. These include the Maya Grill, a full service restaurant and a fully equipped fitness center. And it tends to be less crowded during the days as many of the guests are in meetings, which is an added perk!
