I am sorry to hear you may be having an issue with your tickets for your upcoming vacation. If you purchased your tickets through a travel agent or another third party, I would suggest that be your first point of contact for guidance. If, however, you purchased the tickets directly online through the Walt Disney World website, I would suggest you contact a cast member at Existing Tickets to see what steps you can take to correct the tickets for your unique situation.
