    hi there, we just purchased a 4 day park hopper pass (for 4 people). however, we are changing plans and would like to change this to a 3 day park hopper pass. we haven't left yet for WDW or started using the tickets. is there a way to get a refund?

    Hi Michelle! Thanks for writing the panel. I highly recommend you contact Walt Disney World directly as quickly as possible to see what they can do about changing your tickets. You can call (407) 939-7523 to speak to a specialist about your existing tickets. They will be able to explain to you all your options.
