    Hi there, We are annual passholders for the first time this year! I purchased them online at disneyworld.com and linked them to our account. I am getting packed up for our trip and do not recall getting paper vouchers in the mail. Do we still get vouchers?

    Hi there Bess!

    Congratulations on becoming an annual passholder!  I know you must be super excited. I have been an annual passholder for the past 3 years and have never received a voucher in the mail.  I also purchased my annual pass online and linked it to My Disney Experience account.  When activating my annual pass at Guest Relations, I have only been asked to show my drivers license and the card that I used to purchase the pass.
