Hi there! My family and are booked for a resort stay in November but have opted to do just one park day. In the app it has our tickets and room linked but says it's a room only package. Will I still get to book out at 7 days for multi pass?

    Hi there, Nickie!

Thanks for stopping by with a question for us. I'm happy to help ensure you're prepared for your November visit.

I've found that Room & Ticket packages typically require a minimum 2-day ticket, but not all guests plan to spend every day of their trip in the parks. There are so many great ways to spend a resort day, so I don't blame you for wanting to enjoy a little relaxation combined with a magical day in the parks. Guests have the option to book rooms and tickets separately to customize their preferred length of admission, and it sounds like that's just what you did. If you booked your resort room in one transaction and purchased your theme park tickets in a separate transaction, that is likely the reason your resort details are listed as a "room-only package."

But not to worry! As long as your resort reservation and ticket details are properly linked to your My Disney Experience Account, you should have no issues completing your Lightning Lane Pass purchases ahead of your arrival. As a Disney Resorts Collection hotel guest, you can review pricing and purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass 7 days prior to your check-in date. This should be available in the My Disney Experience Mobile App beginning at 7 a.m. EST that day.

I recommend reviewing the attraction groups at each park so you can make a game plan for your visit. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park does not have any group restrictions, but you'll have to make some decisions for your first 3 attraction selections at any of the other parks. If you need any recommendations we'd be happy to share our favorite combinations.

Keep in mind that you can also join complimentary Virtual Queues for select attractions each day. You'll have an opportunity to join at 7 a.m. on the day of your park visit, and again at 1 p.m. (as long as you're inside the park) if you were unsuccessful on the morning attempt. Magic Kingdom Park has two attractions utilizing Virtual Queues at this time, Tiana's Bayou Adventure and TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise. You can only hold one at a time so think about what best suits your party's interests before your arrival.

I hope this helped, Nickie. If we can answer any additional questions please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
