Hi Stacey,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for cruising by with your question. You must be excited to sail away with your travel party!
Once you link your reservations, you and
your travel party should be seated together for dinner and be able to share plans. Please make sure that you all request the
same dining time. If your party is large and has more than two staterooms, I encourage you to
contact Disney Cruise Line and ask the agent to note that you want to be seated together. Depending on the size of your party, you may be seated at tables near each other. On my last cruise, I was traveling with a group in three different staterooms and our tables were next to each other though we were not at the same table. It worked out great!
Stacey, using the chat feature in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is an easy way for large groups to stay in touch. You can also keep up with your linked party's plans in the app, which is super helpful when traveling with a large group.
I hope this is the information you need, Stacey. Please sail by any time with other questions!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
