Smile and say "cheese," Shauni! Memory Maker is such a great addition to any Walt Disney World Resort vacation. As our family's chief photographer, our vacation pictures always looked as if my husband traveled alone with our kids. With Disney's PhotoPass photographers heading up our vacation shots, I actually now get to come from behind the camera and be a part of the memory with the family.
Memory Maker can be purchased at any time before your vacation. Each photo that you take will remain in your account for 45 days before it expires. You can begin downloading your pictures anytime within those 45 days, and your Memory Maker entitlement will then be activated when that first download occurs. From the point of your first download, you have 30 days to complete edits and download all of the pictures that you wish to keep.
If you would like to take advantage of the
great advanced purchase price, then you must complete your purchase three days before you take your first PhotoPass picture. Take a look at
this previous question I answered for an explanation of how to make the three-day rule work for your family. If you are late for this very important date, then any PhotoPass pictures taken within three days of the purchase will not be included in your Memory Maker entitlement and will need to be purchased separately.
I hope this information helps make the picture more clear for you,
Shauni. Stop by again if you need any further assistance.
