Hi, Faith! We are happy to see you here at planDisney! You've asked a terrific question.
I love November because it ushers in milder weather and the holidays in the Parks. The festive decorations and entertainment offerings truly make this the most magical time of year! While Magical Kingdom Park is known for its amazing overnight transformation from Halloween to Christmas,
EPCOT is usually the last park to get into holiday mode. Typically you'll start to see decorations appear in World Showcase right before Thanksgiving. Occasionally, we'll get a little pixie dust and see them earlier; in 2021, they went up during the second week of November!
If you are a Disney foodie, then you're probably ready to whet your appetite and plan your trip around the 2022
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival (I'm already hungry thinking about the Kalua Pork Slider from the Hawai'i booth). Although the dates have yet to be announced, it usually runs from mid-July through mid-November. The first half of November will have lower crowds and merry decor in the other three theme parks.
If seeing EPCOT in its holiday finery is your priority, schedule your trip after Thanksgiving for the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. The Holiday Kitchens serve delicious seasonal treats, including the fun
Cookie Stroll. Each pavilion receives its own unique decorations, and the World Showcase Storytellers wear vibrant costumes and tell stories about holiday celebrations in their respective countries. While the crowds may be heavier during this time, you can't beat the yuletide spirit!
One thing I can assure you, Faith, is you'll have a wondrous time whenever you go! If you have any more trip planning needs, remember we're all ears!
