    hi. i have theme park tickets and visiting a friend at disney springs. can i use free transportation to parks? or is it only for people staying at a resort from disney springs?

    I bet you're getting excited for your upcoming vacation! You'll soon be visiting the most magical place on earth AND getting to experience some of the fun with a friend. That sure sounds wonderful! Plus, you're going to love Disney Springs. With amazing shopping and dining plus some really fun entertainment, my family always has so much fun visiting!

    I'm happy to let you know that all Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort are able to enjoy complimentary resort transportation including buses, monorails, and boats. However, resort transportation is not available from Disney Springs to the theme parks. If you're leaving Disney Springs and heading to a theme park, you'll need to either move your own vehicle to the theme park where you'll be visiting or return to your Disney Resort hotel first and then travel the rest of the way to the theme park. Do know that while parking is complimentary for Guests while you're enjoying Disney Springs, there will be parking fee charged (currently $22 per day for a car in standard parking) when you visit a theme park.
