Hiya, Youssef.
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you're thinking of visiting
Walt Disney World Resort. It's my happy place, and I want everyone to have a chance to experience the same joy and magic my trips "home" have given me. Now is the perfect time to visit too, because you'll get to experience all the fun and festivities of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Plus, with the upcoming arrivals of
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind this summer and
MagicBand+ sometime this year, there's so much to look forward to.
I typically spend as much time in the theme parks as possible, but I've recently discovered that midday breaks in my
Disney Resorts Collection hotel room are right up my alley too. When my husband and I were there last July, we made it a point to schedule time to chill out in our Resort hotel room during the middle of the day when it was hottest outside. Then, we would head back to the theme parks in the evening when it started to cool down again.
Once you've entered a theme park, you are more than welcome to leave and return to that same theme park at a later time that day, so long as it hasn't reached capacity in your absence. I love that Walt Disney World's
transportation options make it so easy to do this! This allows you to leave a theme park to take a midday nap or eat at one of the many delicious Resort hotel dining locations on property before returning to experience more attractions at night.
Magic Kingdom Park is a great park to do this in, because so many of the Resorts on the
Resort Monorail loop have top-notch restaurants and are mere minutes away.
You could start your day over in Fantasyland and Adventureland before leaving for an early dinner at
'Ohana at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. After you've throughly chowed down on their amazing Polynesian food, you could simply take the monorail back to Magic Kingdom Park to spend the rest of your evening in Tomorrowland. You should definitely try it out sometime!
Have you considered
purchasing a Theme Park Ticket with the
Park Hopper Option? This would allow you even more flexibility in your days, since you would be allowed to "hop" on over to another theme park after 2:00 p.m. each day.
Youssef, I hope it helps to know you will be able to leave a theme park and enter it again later in the day. If you have further questions, please stop back by planDisney. We would be happy to help!
Happy planning,
Alyssa
