I would like to do the theme park option for two or three days. Is it possible to go to a specific park on one day, leave for a few hours in the middle of the day, and come back to the same park later?

    Hi Gautham,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a planning question about your upcoming stay at Disney World - I’m happy to assist.

There’s so much to discover at the theme parks whether your goal is to ride the roller coasters or perhaps to try all of the top treats (there are so many good ones to try)! You’ll be happy to know that Guests may leave and return to the same park later as long as their tickets are valid and subject to capacity.

My family just returned from a Disney World vacation and we had an absolute blast. We often like to rope-drop in the morning, head back to our resort in the afternoon for a swim or a nap, and then return in the evening when the weather is cooler. Just be sure to hold onto your ticket media (whether that’s your MagicBand+, Key to the World Card, or Disney MagicMobile Pass), because you’ll need it to re-enter the theme park. This little mid-day break can make your visit feel more relaxed and give everyone a boost of energy to enjoy the rest of the day.

Wishing you the most wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
