Ahoy, Carma, and welcome to planDisney! Your 7-night adventure aboard the
Disney Treasure is just around the corner – can you already picture the sparkling ocean horizon and taste the Mickey churro waffles? The themed nights sprinkle some extra fun on an already amazing time – I'll share some details about what you can look forward to!
While schedules are subject to change, it currently looks like your cruise on the Disney Treasure will include a formal night on Day 2 (At Sea),
Pirate Night on Day 4 (George Town, Grand Cayman), and a semi-formal night on Day 6 (At Sea).
Pirate Night is full of
swashbuckling fun. Of course, dressing up makes it even better, so pack a themed outfit or costume if you'd really like to get into the spirit of the evening. There will be activities, a special dinner menu, a rock-and-roll deck party, and even fireworks (weather permitting). My kids look forward to this the most whenever we go on a cruise. I love it too – there's something so unique and awe-inspiring about fireworks at sea!
The formal and semi-formal nights are a great opportunity to dress a little fancy. Many Guests like to take advantage of the onboard photography services on these nights. It's optional, so feel free to stick to casual attire if you prefer. Just note that if you're planning to dine at
Enchanté or
Palo Steakhouse, formal, semi-formal, or polished dress-casual attire is recommended.
Do you already have the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app downloaded to your device? I love the cute countdown in the app leading up to a cruise. The app is really helpful once you board the ship, too. After connecting to the onboard Wi-Fi, you'll be able to see all the schedule information specific to your sailing, including onboard activities, entertainment schedules, and more.
Carma, I hope you have the best time on your Western Caribbean cruise aboard the
Disney Treasure. If you think of any other questions ahead of embarkation day, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Smooth sailing ahead,
Kriss
