Thanks moms for all of your wonderful help. We leave in 7 days and I learn something new on here everyday. But I still have 1? We are staying at MSR and I am wondering if our room will be cleaned everyday or can we choose to have it done every other day

I'm a bit confused by your question. There are a zillion Disney acronyms floating around out there, but I have never seen any of the Disney resorts abbreviated "MSR." Because of this, I cannot answer your specific question. I can, however, tell you about the overall room cleaning situation at WDW.

All the regular Disney hotel rooms are cleaned daily. At concierge level rooms and the Grand Floridian, you may also receive a small room freshening at turn-down time.

At villa-style rooms reserved with Disney Vacation Club points receive less frequent cleaning. Some cleaning will take place every fourth day, depending on the length of your stay. DVC guests are welcome to purchase extra cleaning for an additional fee. Guests staying at the villas paying with money, rather than points, will receive daily cleaning at no addition charge.

In any of these cases, it is possible to arrange for less frequent cleaning. If you prefer to have your room serviced on alternate days, simple speak with the housekeeping office at your hotel (there is a button for this on your room phone).

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World.
