Thanks Tracy! When I book online, can I make reservations for more people than are in my party? Traveling with friends, wasn't sure if I could book an excursion or dining reservation for a larger group, or if each reservation needs to be done separately?

    Welcome back, Theresa!

We often cruise with friends or family in different staterooms. Since we typically want to sit with them for our meals in the main dining rooms, we call Disney Cruise Line at 800-449-3380 to have them "link" our reservations. If you booked through a Travel Agent, you will have to call them and ask them to call DCL on your behalf. By linking up, it ensures that we will have a large table for our entire group at dinner.

Once the reservations are linked, ALL of the staterooms will show up when booking everything from spa appointments to adult exclusive dining to Port Adventures. This makes it easy for you to go in and book things for your entire group. Just keep in mind, all of the staterooms need to be completely paid in full before you could book for them.

I hope this helps with your planning! As always, please ask more questions as your cruise gets closer!

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.

Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
