    Thanks for your reply to my reservations question. But what if we change our minds about eating at the restaurant where we have the reservation because we think another one may be better? Does disney charge you for a cancelled reservation?

    In general, Disney does not charge for cancelled reservations. The only notable exceptions to this are dinner shows (like Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue or the Spirit of Aloha) or pre-paid meals like Cinderella's Royal Table, if you do not cancel within the allotted time period (usually 24 to 48 before your dining time).

    For reservations at other table service restaurants, you can cancel at just about any time by calling the dining reservation phone line at 407-WDW-DINE. I do highly recommend making the cancellation call if you've changed your mind, even if its only a few hours before your scheduled dining time. When you call ahead and cancel, that opens a spot at the restaurant for anyone else looking to dine there. It'll be a great surprise to them when they are able to "walk up" and get a coveted reservation!

    If you've made your dining reservations online, you can also cancel via the online service by using your confirmation number.
