It sounds like you might be having some trouble with your
My Disney Experience account. I suggest starting over by trying to
link all of your family member’s theme park tickets to your account again. Follow the directions on this link. The step-by-step instructions make it super easy.
Once you have linked your tickets, try making your
Disney Park Pass Reservations for your trip later this month. If you’re still unable to have access to your My Disney Experience account, or just can’t get it to work, please reach out to a Cast Member at +1 (407) 827-7144. They will be happy to help you!
