    Thanks Malanie for answering my question about POR. I have another question, can you tell me which buildings at POR are considered preffered?

    Hi Heather!  I'm so thrilled I could help with your questions about Disney's Port Orleans--Riverside Resort.  The new Murphy-style beds look like they might be the best fit for your family!  (Plus, they really look kinda cool!!)  The preferred buildings at POR are considered to be Alligator Bayou lodges 14,15,18 and 27.  These are closes to the Food Court and the Main Lobby, with lodge 14 being the closest of all.  Its very close to one of the three Alligator Bayou quiet pools, and a short walk to Ol' Man Island.  Currently there are no preferred rooms in the Magnolia Bend section of POR, although that may change in the future.
