Ask for an Arusha Rock view from the Zebra trail. And above all else ask to be near the lobby, preferably on the 3000 level.

The level and being near the lobby will get you closer to the pool, transportation, and other amenities. All this will be good conveniences, certainly not essential. But whatever they get you, you should be fine.

As for concierge, it is never something that pays for itself. Do it if you can afford it, and you want to fell a bit pampered. It is a great experience. The lounge there is VERY nice, and it is a great convenience.
