    Thanks Jennifer for answering my first question. I managed to reassign the tickets to new friends so that is great. Now I'm trying to stop managing their plans by using the UPDATE option and The System says TRY AGAIN. Any suggestions to solve this?

    It's great to hear from you again. Well done successfully reassigning the unused tickets in your My Disney Experience account. It sounds like the tickets are now assigned to My Disney Experience account profiles managed by your account and that you'd like those individuals to manage their own plans. To borrow a phrase from Timon and Pumbaa, Hakuna Matata!

    To stop managing your friends' plans in My Disney Experience, you need to merge the account profiles managed by your account with their separate accounts. Follow these steps to accomplish this goal online:

    1. Click "Update" next to a friend's name on your Family & Friends List.
    2. To the right of "Update [name's] Information," click "Share Planning with [name.]"
    3. Enter the email address associated with that friend's My Disney Experience account and click "Continue."
    4. Once your friend accepts the email invitation to connect, all of the vacation entitlements housed in your account (including their newly reassigned ticket) will transfer to their account.
    5. Repeat steps 1-4 for additional friends.

    As another option, follow these steps to complete the same goal in the My Disney Experience mobile app

    1. Select a friend's name on your Family & Friends List (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> scroll down to "My Profile" --> "Family & Friends List" tab).
    2. Click "Send Email" at the bottom.
    3. Enter the email address associated with that friend's My Disney Experience account and click "Send Invitation." 
    4. As above, once your friend accepts the email invitation to connect, all of the vacation entitlements housed in your account will transfer to their account.
    5. Repeat steps 1-4 for additional friends.

    I see you working hard to make sure your friends are in control of their magical vacation, Anthonius. I hope one of these strategies helps you accomplish your goal. If not, a Cast Member at the Technical and Website Support number will have the pixie dust needed to help your plans fly.
