Generally speaking, wholly unused theme park tickets that are currently
linked to you in My Disney Experience can be reassigned to a member of your
Family & Friends List as follows:
1. Click the "Reassign Ticket" drop-down menu that appears to the right of the
ticket you'd like to reassign.
2. Select the name of the person you'd like to reassign the ticket to and "Yes, Reassign Ticket."
If the person to whom you'd like to reassign the ticket does not appear on your Family & Friends List, click the "Add a Guest" button at the bottom of the "Reassign Ticket" drop-down menu, select "I'll enter their name and age," and select "Invite this Guest to connect" after you enter an age of 18+. Enter the email address associated with that person's My Disney Experience account and click "Done." Once that individual has accepted the email invitation to connect, your wholly unused ticket will be reassigned to them and you will be connected as Family & Friends, which means you can view and make plans for each other.
You can follow similar steps to reassign tickets in the My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> Tickets and Passes --> scroll to the desired ticket --> Reassign Ticket).
