Hi moms, thanks for all your help. Thinking of renting a B/Shack @ TL and P/Patio @ BB when we come next year. What happens if the park has to close due to weather conditions? Do we get any of our money back or is that a risk we would be taking?

Hi Lizzie!

I absolutely love to book a cabana for the day. It provides a place to hang out at for the day and you don't have to worry about snagging a lounge chair. The Beachcomber Shack has cushioned furniture, a locker, towels, a cooler with water and the ability to order food to be delivered directly to your shack. It offers plenty of shade and a place to rest when not swimming. Both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon have cabanas available to rent for the day.

Unfortunately if the park closes due to inclement weather, you will not receive a refund for the Beachcomber Shack or the park admission. Payment is due in full at the time of the booking, but you can get a refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance. If you see the weather forecast predicts thunderstorms or inclement weather for the day you plan to visit, you can cancel your cabana rental in advance to avoid not getting to enjoy a full day with this experience. You can book your cabana by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.
