thanks for all your help . i have 1 more thing i need to know .do you book adr 180 days from your check in or 180 days from the day you want to eat at a place

If you are staying at a WDW resort, you can start booking your dining reservations 180 days in advance of your check-in date AND on that same call you can book the next 10 days of reservations during your stay.  If you are not staying at a WDW resort, then you can only make reservations 180 days in advance.

Please be aware that some of the cast members interpret/understand dining reservation rules differently (e.g., I have heard from some cast members that you can only book 9 additional days).  In general, if you ever disagree with the info/advice you are receiving from a Disney representative by phone, I recommend you politely end the call, and try again.  Usually you will be able to get a different person, who might have a different/better interpretation/understanding of the rules.

    Hope that helps.
