Hi, thanks for the help. As we get older we just can't eat as much at any given meal. At TS are you aloud to share a meal and only use one point? Maybe ordering a dinner salad or soup and paying for it. Does the answer change if you have ADR or not? THANKS

    Hi Beverly,

Your question is one of the reasons I rarely get the Disney Dining Plan because I can not eat all that food! Or I could but it would not be good for me.

The Disney Dining Plan is linked to both of your tickets. Since you both have the meals on your individual accounts, you will each receive a deduction of one or two meal credits depending on where you dine. You can ask your server about sharing a meal as some restaurants have restrictions.

Unless you are getting the Disney Dining Plan free as part of a promotion, you may want to opt to pay for everything separately. You will probably save more money this way. You can look at the menus at the restaurants you want to dine at and add up the costs. However, I think you would do better without the plan.

Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) only reserve a time.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
