    Hi all! Thanks for all your help. What is Grand Gathering? We will be a party of 6 coming in November. 4 of us have the dinning plan and 2 of us don't , how do I make meal reservations for us all? Thanks for your help!

    Hi, Adrienne! The Walt Disney World website states, "Travel parties with at least 8 Guests over the age of 3 staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel may purchase a Walt Disney World Magical Gatherings vacation package."  Since there are only six in your party, you will not qualify for Magical Gatherings or the Grand Gathering Dining experiences.

     

    To make your dining reservations, you will need to request reservations for six.  When the reservationist asks if you are on the Disney Dining plan, explain your situation.  When arriving for your meal, the Cast Member will likely double-check the Dining Plan situation with you, but if he/she doesn't, simply inform your server. The two not on the Disney Dining plan will pay for their meals as you would at any restaurant.  Have a Magical vacation!
