Thanks for all the help so far! I am making ADR for our June 2011 visit. We have the dining package. Is there a great place to plan on dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids so we can view Illuminations? THANKS!

    Hi Jeanne,

Two restaurants come to mind. The first is Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room in England.  Serving traditional English fare such as fish and chips, this restaurant has one of the best views of Illuminations with outdoor seating.

The second restaurant which I loved eating at is La Hacienda de San Angel. This fresh and new Mexican restaurant sticks to traditional Mexican flavors. With its outdoor seating, it is a great choice for viewing the fireworks as well.

Both restaurants will be busy around the time of Illuminations. I recommend making Advanced Dining Reservations for a time after 7:30 pm so that you have a seat for the 9:00 pm show. You will need to request outdoor seating and it may not be guaranteed.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
