    Thanks for help so far Joanne. More ? Arriving in Orlando at 10:23am; travelling to DW by ME. Want to spend afternoon in DD and have lunch there. What is the earliest we should schedule ADR? Also, do the boats from POR make stops in all 3 sections of DD?

    My pleasure Danielle! Keep the questions coming! Going to Downtown Disney is our first day tradition too! Depending on line ups etc., I would assume you will be checked in to your resort by noon at the latest. They will do their absolute best to get you into a room at that time, but if it's not ready (check-in is at 3pm), they will store your bags for you and you're on your way! The earliest I would make reservations for is 1 pm. This way you won't feel rushed, and will have plenty of time to get to Downtown Disney.

    The boat ride to Downtown Disney is my absolute favourite part of staying at Port Orleans! It's a beautiful relaxing ride. The boat from Port Orleans Riverside will like stop at Port Orleans French Quarter and then go directly to Downtown Disney. You will be let off at the Marketplace, down by Cap'n Jacks restaurant and the Rainforest Cafe. From there you can get on another boat to take you over to Pleasure Island, or walk through the shops.
