    Thanks moms for all the great tips. I already purchased the PH tickets. However my son and his friend want to go to the waterparks now. Can I upgrade just their tickets or do I have to upgrade eveyones tickets. (10 in our group)

    Once you get to WDW, you can upgrade only your son and his friend's tickets to the Water Park Fun & More option. Simply take their tickets to any guest relations office or theme park ticket window and explain what you'd like to do. They can have the WPF&M add-on and you will only be charged the price of the upgrade on their two tickets.
