Thanks for a great planning panel! We would like to allow our kids (11 & 13) to carry their own key to the world card. What have you all found is the best way to do this? Will lanyards work or should we plan on "wearing" pockets every day?

We had our 11 year old daughter carry her own Key to World card on our last family vacation. She was also carrying a cell phone, so we found a small bag with a long strap that she wore across her body that was just big enough for the phone and the card.

They do sell lanyards at most of the shops at WDW that have a card-sized plastic pocket attached to the bottom. This would certainly work for carrying a Key card. I myself have used this system on several trips and had it work just fine. I actually think that the lanyard might work better than keeping the Key in your pocket. The lanyard pouch keeps the Key very contained, whereas with a pocket there is a chance that the Key could fall out.

    Hope this helps.
