Hi Stacey,
Mmm...
Teppan Edo! My mouth is starting to water just thinking about eating there again!
I'm happy to let you know that my family ate there recently and we all LOVED our meal there. It is considered Teppan-yaki-style cooking, which I would compare with Hibachi-style restaurants with that added Disney touch. I, too, was a bit concerned that my five kiddos might not be thrilled with it, but they all gobbled up their meals and still talk about our dinner there to this day. While there are some more adventurous options on the
menu like sushi and calamari, the entrées consist of your choice of protein and sides like a garden salad, udon noodles, vegetables, and steamed white rice. Everything had delicious flavor, but was mild enough that even my picky eaters loved it. Of course, when you add in the fact that the chef is cooking your meal right in front of you and making it fun, it's not only a delicious meal, but an entertaining one, too! She even made some Disney references while she was preparing our meal, which put a big smile on our faces! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dining at Teppan Edo to anyone!
Of course, Epcot is jam packed with delicious
Table-service dining options, so there are lots of other fantastic choices, too. My family loves
Garden Grill Restaurant,
Rose & Crown Dining Room,
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, and
Chefs de France, just to name a few other suggestions. The great news is...I don't think you'll go wrong wherever you choose!
Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again, Stacey, and please feel free to keep your great questions coming! I hope all your Disney dreams come true!
