    Hi Cecilia,

    When you check into your hotel, you will be given a Key to the World Card. This card has several functions. It will open your hotel room door. It may function as a charge card in the parks and resorts. It may contain your park tickets, and it will contain any dining plan credits that you've purchased. 

    You will not be handed mugs when you check in. Instead, your Key to the World Card will be encoded with information that you are entitled to obtain the refillable mugs. At your convenience, simply go to the quick service restaurant at your resort with your Key card. You'll see a big shelf with mugs there. Grab as many as there are members of your party and bring them to the cashier. The cashier will scan your Key to the World Card and deduct your mug entitlement from your plan.

    It's really very easy: pick up mugs at the quick service restaurant, bring them to the cashier, the cashier scans your Key card, use the mugs for the remainder of your trip.
