    Thanks for answering my question about the HDDR, Krista. Unfortunately, eating that late just isn't feasible for my family. Am I to understand, then, that upgrading for the other shows isn't possible? Thank you!

    Hi, Kathleen! I wasn't sure of the answer to your question, so I called Disney Dining as spoke with an extremely helpful Cast Member named Melissa.  She says that using the Disney Dining Plan and paying to upgrade to Category One seating is NOT an option.  If your heart is set on Category One, and 9:30 is too late for you, then you won't be able to use the Dining Plan to get your tickets.  You will just need to pay for them out-of-pocket.  Sorry, but thanks for your question.  I learned something new today.  Have a Magical vacation!
