Thanks for answeing my ?,need some more HELP, i 've made reserv. for a resort photo session @ Poly for 9:15 a.m. but now i think it will be too bright that early and cause us to squint in our pics(want beach pics),Do u think i should change to a diff time?

    Carolyn,

I would not worry about it. These photographers are professionals who really know what they are doing. They have long ago staked out good photo backdrops all over the resort, with different ones to deal with different times of day.

I really don't call myself an expert in photography (I leave that to my wife!), but I would expect that since the sun will be to the south of the resort, you might have squinting issues only when on the beach with the lagoon and Magic Kingdom as a backdrop. Certainly there are plenty of shaded areas that they can work with, so I would expect they can accommodate.

But be safe. Why not call the reservation line and express your concern? If they don't seem to have an opinion, you could call the Polynesian front desk and ask to be transferred to the PhotoPass desk upstairs. Then ask them what they think. They should be able to clarify if you need to change times.

The Polynesian front desk is 407-824-2000.

    Have a magical vacation!
