Thanks Anna for answering the dooney & bourke ? but I have another ? concerning online check in. If i do that is it possible my room will be ready when i arrive on July 9th approx. 11:30 at the hotel. My fight is at 8:15 out of pittsburgh. Just curiou

Hi, Lisa!  Thanks for coming back with your questions!

Online check in doesn't really have any bearing on whether or not your room will be ready when you arrive.  Sometimes, you get lucky, and your room will be ready well before the normal check-in time.  I think it really depends on how busy the resort is prior to your arrival.  The busier they are, the less likely it would be that a room would be ready early, as they are busy with more rooms.

Online check in does speed up the actual check in process, however.  When you arrive, all of your information is already in the system, and a package containing all of your check in paperwork is ready for you.  As one of my favorite television chefs likes to say - easy peasy!

If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can have them hold your luggage at bell services at your resort.  If you give them your cell phone number, a text message will be sent to you that gives you your room number.  You won't need to go back to the front desk - they give you your Key to the World card when you check in.  If you don't have a cell phone with you, they will give you a card with a phone number on it that you can call when you are near a phone.

Thanks again for the questions!  I'm here when you need me!
