I can't think of any other similar packages where dining somewhere saves you a spot at a show, but I could be forgetting. However, remember that breakfasts scheduled at table service restaurants in the theme parks can get your day in that park kick-started early, and it is really magical to get to enter a park before the gates have opened. I recommend that highly, even to those not interested in character meals.
Also, if you are a guest of the Animal Kingdom Lodge, you can go on some exciting dining/animal safari combination programs. Just check with the resort if you are staying there to see what is available.
By the way, make sure you try the Flatbreads at
Mama Melrose. They are out of this world. Also, in case you did not see it yet, the menus for that restaurant are now showing on the restaurant's page at the Disney World website.
