Requesting a specific room (in this case, the 5th sleeper room) type is best done over the phone with a
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations specialist. They will add this request to your resort reservation, and do their best to accommodate which village of
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort you specifically want to stay in.
When your 60 days-before check-in window arrives, you can also update your requests in your My Disney Experience mobile app using
Online check-in! You will have the opportunity to update any requests you have in the app at this time. I would also call just to make sure your updates are the way you want. Cast Members do their best to go "to infinity and beyond" and accommodate all requests, but keep in mind that they are not guaranteed.
