Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! So call the reservation directly is the only way we can request for setting up the child pull out bed as well, am I right?

Hi Michelle, thank you for sending me another question!

Requesting a specific room (in this case, the 5th sleeper room) type is best done over the phone with a Disney Resort Hotel Reservations specialist. They will add this request to your resort reservation, and do their best to accommodate which village of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort you specifically want to stay in.

When your 60 days-before check-in window arrives, you can also update your requests in your My Disney Experience mobile app using Online check-in! You will have the opportunity to update any requests you have in the app at this time. I would also call just to make sure your updates are the way you want. Cast Members do their best to go "to infinity and beyond" and accommodate all requests, but keep in mind that they are not guaranteed.

Michelle, I hope all of this information helps! Thank you so much for visiting planDisney! It was magical assisting you once again, and feel free to send me more questions at any time!
