Thank you for all the tips and suggestions. I look forward to logging into this forum periodically and get as much information as possible. We'll be staying at the Beach Club Villa, are you able to see any fireworks from Epcot or Hollywood?

Glad to hear you're enjoying the forum!

I frequently stay at the Beach Club Villas. You can certainly hear the Epcot fireworks from everywhere at the Villas. Most of the rooms have obstructed sightlines because of trees or buildings, but there are some rooms at the Beach Club Villas from which can actually see the Epcot fireworks, I was lucky enough to have one of these rooms during my trip to WDW in January 2008. I must say that it was quite a treat to be able to sit out on my balcony sipping a glass of wine with the twinkling lights overhead. I wish I could find my actual room number so I could tell you what to ask for, but I can't locate it right now.

You can see the fireworks portion of Illuminations at Epcot from almost everywhere on the actual beach at the Beach Club. This is also nice. You could cuddle up on one of the swinging benches by the water and watch the show from there. I must tell you though, that less than half of Illuminations takes place in the sky, much of it happens in the water and on the buildings of Epcot. If you just watch from the Beach Club, you are missing a fair portion of the show. Since the BCV is so very close to Epcot, I would suggest that you just walk over there to see the entire thing. If you watch from near England or France, you can be tucked into bed 15 minutes after the show is over.

There are not really fireworks at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The Fantasmic show is an amazing production of music, movies, lights, and more, but it all takes place within the ampitheater at the Studios. There is nothing to see from outside the park.
