Thank you for all the previous advice, I am planning ahead for next year and we are expecting. Would you recommend taking a 2 year old and a 3 month old the week before labor day or waiting until the newborn is 6 months old the week before/after x-mas ?

    Tamira,

I personally would go around Labor Day rather than Christmas.  The crowds will be smaller, which is a huge help when traveling with little ones.  We were just there in late August 2008 and it was great.  No huge waits, warm but not unbearable, and very manageable crowd levels.  Christmas will be a different story.  The weather will be great, but the crowds will be much heavier and wait times for attractions much longer.

I have taken my daughters as infants, even younger than your 3 month old, and they've done just fine.  I do know of what I speak!  The idea of taking such a young baby may be daunting, but it shouldn't be.  They are so portable at that age!  My daughter could nap anywhere and everywhere, and it was really very easy.  Easier, in my opinion, than taking a 6 month old.

Good luck with whatever you decide!
