Hi Cindy! I use the Transportation Wizard at the Our Laughing Place website all the time and love it! When I look at a route between two spots, I assume the time provided includes transfer times, but that the timing starts once you're on the first bus. Be sure to allow time for initial wait time, crowds and traffic. The time they provide is an estimate, and I've found us arriving both quicker and slower, usually depending on time of day. Park opening and closing times are always busier. Hope this helps Cindy!
