Thank you Jo! Can you give me the scoop on the Mickey's Christmas Party? What exactly takes place during it?

    Hi Mary Lynn,

I'm glad I could help with your previous question!

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is held on select nights during November and December in the Magic Kingdom. It is normally held from 7pm to midnight and you need a separate ticket to attend. As ticket numbers are limited this means that the park is normally much quieter and the rides are often a walk on. Most people don't go to ride the attractions though as there is so much else going on such as special shows, a Christmas parade, Holiday Wishes, dance parties and character meet & greets. You can often see some of the rarer characters and they all wear their Christmas clothes which are very cute. As the winter evenings sometimes get a little chilly there is complimentary hot chocolate and cookies to keep you going!

You can see some details including a video HERE and if you Google Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party you can find some great information, including last years map, at and amongst others!

I love attending the parties and when else could you see snow falling on Main Street!
