Hello, thank you so much for helping us plan! We have a 5 mo old, so we definitely need lounge chairs and an umbrella. Are there plenty to go around or do we need to rush down first thing to make sure we get one? THANK YOU!

Melissa, welcome aboard! Congratulations on the newest addition to your family! This will certainly be a memorable cruise for you.

When you get to Castaway Cay, you'll see that there are plenty of chairs, many with umbrellas, on the beach. I haven't had a problem getting one, however, the seats with umbrellas are usually the first ones taken, so I wouldn't wait too long to get off the ship. With a 5-month old, you're probably up pretty early anyway, right? I know that I was with my kids at that age!

When you walk off the ship, a Cast Member will hand you a towel as you head to the tram. What many people do not know is that there are two tram stops for the Family Beach. You'll find most people anxiously hop off at the first stop. Don't. Stay on the tram and get off at the second Family Beach stop. You'll still be on the same beach, but a bit farther down where it is less crowded. Once off the tram, there are a few free first-come, first-served wagons and strollers that you might find helpful, as I'm sure you'll have your hands full with your little one.

I hope this helps, Melissa! Have a great cruise!
