    Thank you for all of your help! Trying to pick a restaurant at World Showcase for dinner. Your pick? Do any give you guaranteed seating and/or are located by the evening show? Thanks!

    Hi Jen,

    There are so many fabulous restaurants in Epcot's World Showcase that I can understand why it is so hard to choose. Even after our numerous trips and chances to dine at so many place, we still have a difficult time picking our favorites to return to.

    There are no restaurants that offer seats to Illuminations and the only location that offers a viewing area for the show is the ROse and Crown in England, The Pub style restaraunt is located on the World Showcase lagoon and does offer a limited number of seats near the water with a view of the show,. Unfortunately the seats are not guaranteed so there is always a chance you will be seated inside with no ability to see the fireworks. The best option is to dine early enough to provide you enough time to get your perfect spot. There are numerous spots all around the lagoon to view Illuminations so you should be able to find a spot that will work for you.

    Now on to the food....a few of our favorites include LeCellier Steakhouse in Canada offers a mouth-watering selection of filets and prime rib with a few chicken and seafood options. The pretzel bread is warm and delicious and dessert is delicious. Another favorite is Teppan Edo at Japan. The Japanese cuisine of chicken, steak or seafood is prepared table side on a hot grill and mixed with fresh vegetables. It is delicious food with a fun family experience and the scallops are unbelievable. ANother favorite of ours is Tutto Italia in Italy. This authentic Italian menu offers pasta dishes with the elegant touch of Italy.

    All of these locations are very popular and therefore advance reservations are strongly suggested. They can be made 90 days in advance by calling 407-939-3463. Bon Appetit!
