Thank you so much for your help. Arriving 12/19/15. I have an ADR at 8 am at HS. HS doesn't open until 9 am. What is process for getting in earlier than park opening?

    Hi Tommy!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  One of my favorite ways to start the day at Walt Disney World is with an early-morning breakfast reservation in one of the parks.  You'll have a rare opportunity to see the park before it's open to the public and almost empty, which can make for some great photos.  Depending on how quickly you finish with your meal, you might be able to be among the first in line for your favorite attractions that morning, too.

When you arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios, just head to the gates like you normally would.  There will be a special line just for Guests with dining reservations before opening time.  A Cast Member will check for your name on the reservation list and then you'll be admitted into the park early.  I'd recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before your reservation to allow yourself plenty of time to get through the gates, walk to the restaurant, and get checked in.

If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, transportation will be available to Disney's Hollywood Studios for you, even though it's earlier than the regular park transportation begins running.  Just check with the front desk for details on your options.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Tommy!  Please visit us again if we can help answer any other questions.
