Thank goodness for this website! If I book a vacation package for 6 people (a surprise to all but 2) and the 6th person decides not to go (which is crazy because it is a free trip to DIsney) what are my options for adjusting the vacation package? thanks :)

    Hi Lisa!

In general, you can make changes to a Walt Disney World vacation package after it is booked. Whether or not there is a change fee and/or how much it might be is partially dependent on when you make the change. Typically, if it is made earlier than 45 days from your check in date, there is little to no penalty. The closer to travel that you change your package, the more likelihood of there being a change fee.

Also, just for planning purposes, it is usually easier to remove a person from an existing reservation than to add a person later (since you may end up with too many people in a room, etc).

Hope this helps! Please let the Moms Panel know if we can help with additional details for your trip!
